You don’t need my ideas. You need yours.
I develop concepts for a living. Take them from idea to market.
To an audience. A customer.
The best concepts I’ve helped shape didn’t come from my head. Of course not.
They came from founders, farmers, artists, real people with something real inside.
My job is simple.
Clear the noise. Set the stage.
Create the conditions for creativity to unfold.
Ideas aren’t rare. They’re just shy.
They don’t show up if you try too hard.
They arrive when the pressure drops and the walls fall away.
On a walk. In a pause. Never in a boardroom.
We strip it down.
Find the pulse.
Then build around it.
Most people are more creative than they think.
They’re just stuck inside what’s been done before. Trapped in what’s proven, what’s safe. Following the footsteps of others.
I am not a fan of the approach too many consultants or advisors take, showing up with copy-paste solutions.
Every place, every concept deserves its own path.
Watch. Listen. Be there. Be present.
Not to steer. Not to bring in my ideas. But to catch the magic when it arrives.
We’re not inventors.
We’re discoverers.
The concept is already there. Waiting.
